Abstract

This study aims to (1) design a dashboard-based personal financial management system using Microsoft Excel to support smart financial behavior among Gen Z, and (2) examine its impact on Gen Z’s financial habits in Pandan Ploso Sub-village. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, the study involved 26 Gen Z respondents. Results show the dashboard is highly feasible and effective in visualizing financial conditions, receiving positive user feedback. Findings reveal that Gen Z in the area demonstrate good financial literacy, shown by their focus on basic needs and savings. Their spending pattern aligns with the 50/30/20 budgeting principle. This dashboard proves useful in promoting structured and intelligent financial management for Gen Z.
